This plugin lets you mine spawners with Silk Touch, & specify the required tools.
⛏️ There are options to set per-mob dro-prate, and grant bonus drop points to users via permissions.

Requirements: Vault(optional), EssentialsX(optional), PaperMC or PurPur(⚠️CRITICAL).
I made this plugin using the Paper api, meaning Spigot might not work.

I used to use the Traditional SilkSpawners plugin in my server, but that plugin kind of died. And while amazing, it does not receive reliable support, and this is what inspired me for the creation of this plugin.
