This plugin enforces raid cooldowns per-player, ensuring that they cannot exploit raid farms.

# Features
1. /raidcd - This command allows a player to manually check their raid cooldown.
2. Warnings - If a player has an active raid cooldown and they hold an Ominous Bottle, they are warned.
3. Persistence - Raid cooldowns are tracked accross restarts, saved in an SQLite database.
4. Configuration - Raid cooldowns and messages can be configured in config.yml in the plugin folder.
