- Replaced the entire breeding cooldown logic of horses with the plugins custom breeding cooldowns which can exclude males from the cooldown

- Made leather horse-armor color persistent

- Added the new "Training" feature which allows for a horses base stats to be improvable by a custom percentage

- Added a "brush item"-config-setting (default BRUSH) that allows for the horse to be brushed (counts towards training if active)

- A traited horses base particles can now be configured in the config

- The "/horsecreate" command and API now also include an isNeutered parameter

- The "horsecreate" APIs parameters are now Nullable

- Horses no longer enter "LoveMode" when they are neutered or on cooldown and attempted to be fed, meaning that the food wont be consumed
