This release includes major progress since the previous release (~400 commits).The last release before this was on May10,2022.

Current State

1. Navigation is stable and works well. Proxy/multi-server support improvements are planned.
2. Basic BlueMap integration is now available.
3. Block Palette is working.
4. Generators mostly work, but may still have bugs (feedback is welcome).
5. KML features are working.
6. Supported versions: 1.18.4+ Actively tested on 1.21.4 and 1.21.11.
7. Some internal rework is planned due to project age.

Upgrade Notes

1. Java was upgraded to 21.
2. Dependencies were updated.
3. Reload command now reloads configurations.
4. Modules can now be disabled via config.
5. Global Navigator now functions outside of Build the Earth Global Network (Proxy)

Known Issues

1. Some generator issues may still occur.
2. Proxy/multi-server improvements are not fully complete yet.
