- Migrated package/group from wtf.choco to com.norule.
- Upgraded compatibility to Minecraft 1.21 and added Folia support.
- Fixed multiple 1.21/Folia runtime issues (scheduler/thread/dragon-state related).
- Fixed startup crash with skull owner parsing on 1.21.
- Converted loot_tables and particles from JSON to YAML, with parser support updates.
- Updated credits: kept original authors and set current maintainer to Andy.
