[Added] New Command /nick random <player/@a> which gives a player random nick and skin from random.yml
[Added] Added New File random.yml which contains parts for randomizing the random nicks and list of skins for this command.
[Added] Now will nicknames.yml contains which skins does player have.

[Fix] Commands /nick list and /nick resetall works again
