Admin Rentals
- Added /rental admincreate <hours> command for admins to create free rentals
- Admin rentals show "FREE" in the GUI instead of a price
- No money is charged to renters or paid to owners for admin items

Death/Grave Fix
- Rented items now stay in your inventory when you die

Pyro Plugin
- Added augment validation for PyroFishing items on return
- Both vessel and augment data is now cached when rented and validated when returned
- Prevents players from stripping stats/augments from rented tools (attempted to implement this)
