Massive Update – Folia Support & Scheduler Rewrite

This update brings a major internal rewrite focused on Folia compatibility, better scheduler safety, and improved stability.

• Added Folia support
• Replaced old BukkitRunnable / BukkitTask usage
• Introduced a custom Folia-aware scheduler system
• Improved handling for entity, region, global, and async tasks
• Better task cancellation and cleanup
• Refactored internal systems for modern server environments

A large part of the plugin now runs on a safer and more future-proof scheduling architecture, reducing issues caused by legacy task handling and improving compatibility with newer platforms like Folia.
