• Added a menu with all the available options for LugoBank

• /bank: opens the GUI with available options
• /balance: shows player balance
• /deposit: deposits money in the bank
• /withdraw: withdraws money from the bank
• /transfer: transfers money to another player.
• /top: shows the top richest players (that have money in the bank)

[!] If commands don't work try doing "/bank (command you want to use)" Example: "/bank transfer" [!]
