You can change the drops of already existing blocks.

If you want to change the drops of all sand blocks in the world you can.

Due to Spigot's unfixable bugs you won't be able to use the features of the plugin in survival. The main and only reason for this change is that when you create a block and give it items for some reason it corrupts the Drops it was given. This only happens in survival and it has been tested on creative and nothing like this occurs

Reworked the back-end a little bit so it doesn't have any bugs
