Async Database, Bug Fixes & Stability Improvements
fix: move DB operations off main thread, fix misc bugs

- Async MySQL connect, player load on join, and leaderboard query
- Fix JoinListener race condition with async DB fetch + online guard
- Add PlayerQuitEvent to unload cache and prevent memory leak
- Fix duplicate UpdateChecker call in onEnable
- Fix WithdrawLifeCommand tilde typo, lore formatting, full inventory refund
- Fix wrong permission node (lives.admin -> livessmp.admin) in RemoveLives/ReloadCommand
- Register missing CheckLivesCommand in onEnable
- Rename saveAllSync() to saveData() for consistency
- Add hasData() to PlayerManager
