BADLION DETECTION
Badlion has updated its client and AS is no longer able to detect Badlion users.
I'll release an update re-adding badlion blocking again if I find a way.

Fixed Tab Completion throwing null error (Thanks Глитчер for reporting it);

Fixed and improved PlayeritemControlEvent API Event;
- getItemControlType();
- getDetectionType();
- getItemStack(); I don't know how I didn't add this before LOL

Added DispenserItemControlEvent API Event;

Changed PlayerAntiVPNEvent now it is no longer Cancellable, it caused a lot of problems before;

Improved Item Control code.
