feat:
- Tab completion for /pickaxelock command (help, reload)

fix:
- Number key (1-9) hotbar swaps are now blocked in all open inventories (chests, shops, crates, custom GUIs) — previously only blocked in the player's own inventory
- protected-slots in config now correctly restricts which slots are protected — previously all pickaxes were blocked regardless of slot
- custom-pickaxe-names now matches plain text names correctly — previously formatting codes could cause matches to silently fail

breaking: [Reset config to auto apply - RECOMMENDED]
- Messages in config.yml now use MiniMessage format (<red>, <bold>, etc.) instead of legacy & codes — update any custom messages on upgrade
- The performance section (check-interval, cache-protection-status) has been removed from config.yml — safe to remove from existing configs
