We have built an automatic setup system that provides a service without requiring any hosting provider. Zonely will offer free and uninterrupted service for 1.5 years. It operates through a model built on a single software.
We have reset your existing staff roles with this update. You can recreate them using the new system.

Assign temporary or permanent roles to users.
The role editing interface has been completely redesigned.

Role Design
Prefix style options: Solid, Soft, Striped, Gradient. You can select colors from a palette.
Username style: Solid, Gradient, or Holographic.
Gradient/Holographic: Animated and slightly glowing effects; 3 color transition points; adjustable animation speed.
Badge: Upload an image with a short description that appears on hover.
Preview: Shows an exact in-game preview of the prefix and name style.
HTML editing and live preview are available.

Role Features and Management
Set a default role.
Define Banned and Muted roles.
Specify an expiration time for temporary roles.
View users assigned to each role in a separate list.
View or remove user roles; see expiration dates for temporary roles.
Use drag-and-drop to change role priority order.
Perform bulk role assignment or removal.
Assign multiple roles to a single user.
Manage in-game permissions (LuckPerms) directly from here.

Products and Purchases
The digital product form has been redesigned.
Improved comparison tables and drag-and-drop for Minecraft products.
Added a “Roles to Assign” field: roles are automatically assigned upon purchase completion.
Role assignment applies across 21 different purchase and delivery flows.

Game Integration
Assign temporary roles to users instantly without sending server commands or waiting for player login.
Fixed the discord.zonely.gen.tr name matching issue. All customers now have their roles.
Zonely updated. Added AI support, user add/remove options, and transcript feature.
