Changes:

• Fixed Server Links showing "not available" on Paper 1.21+ due to strict API detection
• Fixed custom commands only taking effect on restart, not on /lpc reload
• Fixed configuration files being saved in compressed JSON-like format instead of traditional YAML
• Fixed existing config files not being reformatted to proper YAML on startup
• Fixed chat bubbles floating in the wrong direction from players on 1.21.10
• Fixed @everyone mention not working when players had the lpcpro.mention.everyone permission
• Fixed mentions config not loading from the correct directory
• Fixed translation and Discord settings not loading on first creation until restart
• Fixed custom commands not loading defaults on first creation until restart
• Fixed potential file handling issues across multiple config managers
