Changes:

• Fixed plugin not loading on Paper 1.21.10+ with Java 21
• Fixed mention hover messages ("Click to mention", "You were mentioned!") not being customizable — now configurable in messages.json
• Added feature toggles for 11 systems: tags, reputation, polls, achievements, mention, chat games, MOTD, tab list, chat bubbles, translation, Discord, mail, and grammar correction
• Added option to strip unresolved placeholders from chat (strip-unresolved-placeholders in config.yml)
• Added configurable "feature disabled" message when players use toggled-off commands (customizable in messages.json)
