Changes:

• Fixed channels.yml not generating on first startup
• Fixed staff chat channel not working after switching
• Unauthorized color codes are now stripped for players without permission instead of showing raw codes (configurable in config.yml)
• Fixed commands not updating on /lpc reload — changes in command-settings.yml now take effect without a restart
• Fixed LPC Pro overriding other plugins' commands like /tags from EternalsTags
