ADD an option to disable stack of an ei item.

NEW activator option noCooldownMessage true/false
true: hide cooldwon message
false: show cooldown message (default)

FIX pickup-limit for the method of stack.

FIX Now if you click on the blue glass in the GUI it not return a null error.

FIX Now the configuration of detailed entites work correctly in the GUI + in game

FIX If your item contains "test" now it not send you on the GUI "test your items", if you click on when you are in the show GUI ( pls dont make an item with id "test your items" )
