tl;dr - Now requires BetterReplay instead of AdvancedReplay, Supports Folia


Big update change in terms of functionality.

First - AntiCheatReplay now supports Folia!

Second:

We no longer depend on AdvancedReplay, which means we also no longer require ProtocolLib to be installed.

Instead, I have spent the past several months developing my own Replay plugin to replace AdvancedReplay, and it runs on PacketEvents. Odds are this is already required by your AntiCheat and is already installed on your server.

The benefit to using my own replay plugin is I can no provide direct support for everything. If you're having replay issues, etc, this is now something I can debug and handle.
