This is very poorly coded, and provides nothing that Minecraft vanilla commands cant already do.
the fact it executes console commands just make it super bad, when Skript has the effects/expressions to do those things.
It also means it's not per world, since its executing console commands.

This is just yet another extremely poorly coded essentials remake... as if we dont have 100+ of these already.
