ENGLISH — Patch Notes / Mini Update
Config: Season Guide Auto-Book

• Added a new config option to control if new players receive the Season Guide book automatically:
  
  season_guide:
  give_on_first_join: false
  
  • true = gives the book on first join
  • false = disables the automatic book entirely (admins can still give it manually)

Off-Season Crop Growth (Buff + Control)

• Improved the logic for crop growth outside their season (it used to be too weak).
  
  
• You can now control it with:
  
  • off_season_growth_chance: 0.1 → crops grow at 10% rate out of season
  • 0.0 → crops won’t grow at all out of season
• Crops can still grow underground with enough light, or inside greenhouses.
  

Fertilizer Speed Adjusted

• Tweaked the compost/fertilizer process speed to feel more vanilla+.
• Using fertilizer is now more rewarding if you want faster farms.

Winter Snowfall Fix

• Fixed winter snow falling even when it wasn’t actually raining.
• Snow now only falls when there is real precipitation (rain/snow).

Rice Bug Fix

• Fixed the rice crop bug — rice now grows normally again.

• These are small changes, but they matter for gameplay and plugin stability.

ESPAÑOL — Notas del Parche / Mini Update
Config: Libro de Guía Automático

• Se añadió una nueva opción en el config.yml para controlar si los jugadores nuevos reciben el libro de guía automáticamente:
  
  season_guide:
  give_on_first_join: false
  
  • true = da el libro al entrar por primera vez
  • false = desactiva totalmente el libro automático (el admin aún puede darlo manualmente)

Crecimiento Fuera de Temporada (Mejorado + Controlable)

• Se mejoró la lógica del crecimiento de cultivos fuera de temporada (antes estaba demasiado débil).
  
  
• Ahora se controla con:
  
  • off_season_growth_chance: 0.1 → crece 10% fuera de su estación
  • 0.0 → no crece nada fuera de su estación
• Igual siguen creciendo bajo tierra con suficiente luz, o en invernaderos.
  

Velocidad del Abono Ajustada

• Se ajustó la velocidad del proceso de abono/compost para que se sienta más vanilla+.
• Ahora es más recomendable usar abono si quieres granjas más rápidas.

Arreglo de Nieve en Invierno

• Antes caía nieve en invierno aunque no estuviera lloviendo.
• Ahora solo cae nieve cuando realmente hay precipitación (lluvia/nevado).

Bug del Arroz Arreglado

• Se arregló el bug del arroz — ahora crece de forma normal otra vez.

Notas

• Son cambios pequeños, pero importantes para el jugador y la salud del plugin.
