How It Works:
Automatic Start: Timer begins on server startup using default duration (60 minutes)
Milestone Alerts: At configured times (60m, 30m, 15m, etc.), all players receive title + sound
Final Countdown: Last 10 seconds show "10...9...8..." with pling sounds
Celebration: At 00:00, executes party title, firework sounds, action bar, and console commands
Auto-Reset: Instantly resets to default duration and loops forever
