1. Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of all Minecraft plugins developed and distributed by Skylife Development (“ayden_4325”).

By downloading, purchasing, installing, or using any plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These plugins are designed for use with Minecraft and require a compatible server platform (e.g., Spigot, Paper, or Bukkit).

2. License

Upon purchase or download, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the plugin:

On the number of servers for which you have obtained a valid license

For your own personal or community use

You may NOT:

Redistribute the plugin (free or paid)

Resell, sublicense, or share the plugin files

Share, leak, or publish the source code

Reverse-engineer or decompile the plugin (except where permitted by law)

Claim the plugin as your own work

3. Payments & Refunds

If the plugin is sold commercially:

All payments are one-time unless otherwise stated.

Refunds may be granted only if:

The plugin does not function as described, and

The issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

The Developer reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms.

4. Updates & Support

Updates are provided at the Developer’s discretion.

No guarantee of lifetime updates or continued development is given.

The Developer reserves the right to refuse support in cases of harassment, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The plugin is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The Developer is not responsible for:

Server crashes

Data loss

Compatibility issues with other plugins

Loss of revenue

Damages resulting from misuse

Use of the plugin is at your own risk.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the plugin:

For illegal activities

On servers violating the Minecraft EULA

For malicious or deceptive purposes

7. Termination

The Developer reserves the right to terminate or revoke your license without refund if you violate these Terms.

8. Modifications to Terms

The Developer may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be made available through https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/ask-systeem.131622/.

Continued use of the plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
