- replaced the "op uses /kill" redirect so it no longer executes from console (which was a cheap patch btw), if an op uses /kill then it simply redirects to /minecraft:kill

- added config.yml
- added option to disable vanilla /kill to ops (by default this is set to false)

- fixed /suicide not working as intended for players with op
- players with op can now use vanilla /kill
- /kill tab complete now works if the player has op

- minimal code optimizations
- commands no longer return username on tab complete
