BetterTeam Claim Extension -----
BetterTeam Claim basic land claim system using team balanceImplemented:
- Full protection for all container types (including new 1.21+ blocks: Crafter, Copper Chest variants, etc.)
- Non-team members can no longer damage or kill entities (animals, monsters, item frames, armor stands) inside claimed chunks.
- Added protection for minecarts: placement and breaking are now blocked for outsiders.
- Chest boats and storage minecarts are now also protected under the "chest access" rule.
- Updated block interaction list to cover all interactive blocks from Minecraft 1.21 and 1.21.1.

- Chunk visual effects now show the outer border of your team's entire claimed area at once, instead of just the single chunk you are standing in!
- /team border - toggle on/off chunk visual effect
