• Added staff chat bridge, relays in-game staff chat to a private Discord channel and back, with native StaffChat plugin support

- Each section (chat, join/leave, AFK, auction house, server messages) now has its own server and channel-id config
- Added config versioning, future updates will automatically migrate existing configs without wiping values
