✨ Features

• Taming — Right-click a wild fox with Sweet Berries to tame it. Each berry gives a configurable chance to gain its trust.
• Follow & Stay — Right-click your fox with an empty hand to toggle between following you or staying put. When staying, the fox's AI is fully frozen — it won't drift.
• Item Retrieval — Your fox will run to nearby item drops and deliver them straight to your inventory.
• Combat Modes — In Aggressive mode your fox defends you from any mob that attacks you. Switch to Passive mode and it won't engage anything.
• Hazard Avoidance — The fox automatically steers away from lava, fire, magma blocks, and dangerous cliff drops.
• Leveling System — Your fox earns XP from every mob kill. Each level up grants +4 Max HP and +1.5 Attack Damage, up to a configurable max level.
• Health Bar — A compact floating bar above your fox shows its current health and level at a glance: ██████░░░░ Lv.3
• Summon & Unsummon — Call your fox to your side or send it home with a single command. The health bar appears and disappears accordingly.
• Death & Respawn — If your fox dies it drops one level and enters a cooldown. After the cooldown, right-click the ground or use /ff respawn to bring it back.

Permissions

• foxfriend.use — All player commands (default: true)
• foxfriend.admin — Config reload (default: op)

⚙️ Configuration
Everything is adjustable in config.yml — tame chance, max level, XP curve, respawn cooldown, pickup radius, feed items, movement speed, and all plugin messages. Use /ff reload to apply changes without restarting.
Requirements

• PaperMC 1.21 (Spigot alone is not supported)
• Java 21+
