Added SR sign (Set-Reset Latch)
1st input is the set input
2nd input is the reset input

Added WAIT sign
Works the same way as a receive sign except after its input is activated, it will wait for its specified delay, then activate for 1 second, 1st input is the activate input just like the receive sign, the 2nd input is the delay

Use /help <type of sign, ex: and, xand, transmit>, it will tell you how it works and an example
