I dunno what this does based on the description, because nothing is in English, even though this is an English website with rules stating resources should be in English...

that said, looking at the code this appears to block the plugin/version commands.... as if we dont have 100 of these already.

Save yourself the time and just negate the permissions of the commands rather than wasting your time downloading yet ANOTHING command blocking script/plugin.
