General improvements

Rank/Group Trees – /rank up & /rank down – (toggleable)
Rank Info (= Rank Time) – shows all active Ranks from high to low (not inherited) – (toggleable)
Rank Protect Permission – user's rank cannot changed via. VerkuRanks
Kick User after Rank-Change – (toggleable)
Rank Expire in X Message when joining – (toggleable)
Notify Message to all players with a specified permission – (toggleable)
Configurable 'Server Admins' these players always have VerkuRanks Perms (UUID)
If a user never joined before, you can add ranks via. UUID
Rank reload command for configs & groups

Fix

Added Spigot-Version. - The new Download include Velocity, Bungeecord and Spigot,- Version. Tested in 1.21.11 (should work with all 1.21 versions and maybe older ones )
