Changes:

• Fixed plugin failing to load on Paper 1.21.10+ with Java 21
• Fixed error on player join when achievements are disabled
• Fixed chat group formats not working — players now see their rank-specific format in general chat while channels like staff chat keep their own format
• Fixed group format not matching when LuckPerms group name uses different capitalization than the format file
• Fixed potential crash during database startup instead of clean error message
• Improved plugin stability during startup — errors in individual systems no longer crash the entire plugin
• Improved database tables are now created regardless of feature toggle settings, preventing missing table errors
