Fix: Fixed a bug where players could execute all commands (now only /ask and /report without permissions)
Fix: Fixed a bug where the /reply command did not work
Fix: Fixed a bug where staff no longer received a notification when a report was created
Removed: Staff permission removed from config.yml
Removed: Ask permission removed from config.yml
Removed: Report permission removed from config.yml

Since there were many bugs in version v1.2, a snapshot has been released to at least fix these issues.
