Extensive Magic Wands [a.k.a. Empire Wands] -----
Adds a unique combat experience to your server via wands1.3.0 command system and permission rework
This update the command system and permissions have been reworked.
A lot of permissions and commands are now more logical.
All of the separate commands have been moved under the `/wands` command as sub command.

Also the Ice Wand has been renamed to Thunder Wand. The item for the wand has also been changed from a blaze rod to a breeze rod, as it felt more appropriate.
