The follow spells can now be toggled to do block damage when exploding:
- Comet
- Fire Comet
- Dark Pulse
- Dark Block
- Blood Block
- Blood Explode

The explosion also spreads fire. Damage done by these spells hasn't been altered.

You can toggle block damage via "wands settings restrict_usage <value: true|false>"
The permission for the command is "wands.settings.block_damage"

- "/wands enable" command would not properly enable wands if they were disabled.

The updater would falsely say that an update is available when the installed version string doesn't match the one from the spigot api.

This doesn't work optimally, because it takes up to 24h for spigot's api to update with the latest version string. Causing users to be told that an update is available, whilst this isn't the case.

This update the command system and permissions have been reworked.
A lot of permissions and commands are now more logical.

All of the separate commands have been moved under the `/wands` command as sub command.

Also the Ice Wand has been renamed to Thunder Wand. The item for the wand has also been changed from a blaze rod to a breeze rod, as it felt more appropriate.

I found a random bit of motivation to revive the plugin. I made it fully compatible with Minecraft 1.21.11

There is also scrolls now that can be obtained via:
/wands getscroll <spell>
you can use them in survival by dragging them onto a wand that you can obtain via /wands get, to apply the spell.
Note that the wands naturally already have all the spells, you'll have to run /unbindall or /unbind <spell>

The spell scrolls can only be applied to wands that they have affinity for. the scroll will list what it has affinity for in the item description.

Changelog:

- death messages would not show the item name correctly, they now do
- if you had enabled that users require permission to use the wands a message would show up telling them they had insuficient permissions if they don't have wands.use but this message is only supposed to show up when you hold a wand and try to interact with it, instead it showed up without requireing you to hold a wand first, it will now first check if you hold a wand.

- Plugin no longer depends on fast utils since it is not included in spigot I would either have to include it in the jar, which will increase the size or remove it. I went with the latter.

IMPORTANT NOTE: before updating to 1.1.2 from 1.1.0 you should stop the server first, then remove the old config, then replace the plugin jar and then you are good to go
