Some minor bugs fixed..

Feature Added

1. Added Server.Propt feature, who include all server.propt settings
   
   
2. that allow to modify all settings in game by open the GUI with /admin
   
   
3. All Settings live changes in multiple servers, if the plugin is connected by mysql with the same mysql table, in these servers.
   
   
4. Every GUI section has a reset button to permit admin to do easy backup to intire sections.

Added notify status for admins, when admin change the gamerules, popup
notify, unsafe chat and all the functions in the chat.

Added feature that leaves all server settings default as vanilla expects
